If you have not been physically active for a while, our trainers will prepare you and give you guidelines on how to alleviate muscle inflammation.
8 to 12 players will be divided into 2 teams on 3 courts with coaches, in a period of 2 hours.
Depending on the number of players, single can be played on one court and a doubles match on another. Our coaches will divide the players according to the level.
Training with the coach will be organized on the third court.
The offer includes the use of 3 courts in a warm tennis hall (for 2 hours), equipment for all players (rackets and balls), 3 coaches, catering and water. The price of team building activities according to your needs and a larger number of players - by agreement.
